Quotations

The first step in providing you with a price for the work is to form an estimate based upon the broad scope of the project. In some cases this may be possible to achieve from existing plans of the property, however we would usually arrange a site visit to understand more about your intentions.

We aim to return an estimate to you within seven days of our site visit. Once you have reviewed the estimate we will discuss it with you and answer any questions you may have, at which point a detailed quotation can be prepared.

Quotations for structural work are prepared at a fixed price. Any potential extras will be clearly specified. We are very proud of our commitment to this pricing policy and urge our clients to consider all quotations carefully in this light.

If your quotation includes ‘fitting out’ or general refurbishment, this section of work will be estimated until we have established a full specification for the items required. You will receive a detailed breakdown that clearly shows what allowances have been made for fitting out each area, which will help you to budget when selecting bathrooms, kitchen, electrical items etc.
