We can provide you with a turn-key service from design, advice and planning to full build and fit-out, leaving the responsibility for everything in one place and freeing you of the responsibility of acting as project administrator. We will manage every stage of the build through to final fit out and decoration, and we will keep you informed throughout every step of the project.
  3. We are also happy to work with your architect, or with an existing design package, or to undertake a structural-only package leaving the fit out for a separate contractor.
  4. We frequently combine basement conversion work with a range of additional building services, making us a popular choice with clients who also require a loft or kitchen extension, general refurbishment or entire property redevelopment. This saves you the additional time and cost of using more than one contractor, as well as limiting responsibility to a single contractor.

We have established numerous beneficial relations with relevant professionals including planning officers, engineers, Party Wall surveyors, architects, interior designers, fabrication specialists such as furniture makers, glass house suppliers, audio-visual suppliers and a host of other suppliers with whom we work regularly.
