Supply of Goods and Services

Given the complexity of the construction process, we do not operate on the basis of client supply of goods, or the direct appointment of another service provider within our contract. This is because we cannot take responsibility for all the risks and complications inherent in specification, delivery and dealing with faulty or incomplete goods and services if we are not in full control of the processes.

Benefit from our Trade discounts

As a volume trade customer, we have access discounts on many interior suppliers, which in the case of many products we are able to pass on for the benefit of our clients (see below). We are also able to access advantageous prices for bespoke items from joinery companies and other specialist manufacturers. As part of our design service, our designers will guide you through the specification process and recommend showrooms, brochures and compile specifications and plans to help you create your desired interior.
