Each project is covered by twelve months defects liability by OLBC, excepting kitchens & utilities, which are covered by suppliers own warranty.
The electrical and plumbing installation is covered for two years, and your boiler and any air conditioning systems will need to covered by a service contract.
Our Delta Membrane System waterproofing installations are covered by a ten-year guarantee.
In the event of a major structural defect you would be covered by our liability insurances for six years.
Over and above this we can offer third-party underwritten insurance for an additional cost offering up to six or even ten years cover.
