OLBC undertook this project on Nicosia Road, The Toast Rack, Wandsworth SW18 with a full refurbishment of a substantial period house including a basement conversion.

Belgrave Mews, Belgravia, SW1X

OLBC were appointed to completely gut, repair and renovate a mews house behind Belgrave Square. Whilst not the largest of houses, its prestigious location meant that everything down to the fine detailing had to be to the highest standards. Book-matched marble, bespoke paint colours, a Chalon kitchen and bespoke joinery throughout provided a distinguished yet understated result.

Marryat Road, Wimbledon, SW19

OLBC were engaged to breath new life into this very substantial home with stunning views of the All England Tennis Club including modernising, extending and adding a massive basement with a swimming pool. This included a highly energy efficient solar thermal collector system to reduce the ongoing carbon footprint of this magnificent family home.

Marryat road is named after Captain Marryat who owned the lands on which the Wimbledon House Estate is built in the early 1900’s. You can read more about the history of the Wimbledon House Estate and its relationship with Hamptons Estate Agents here.

Herondale Avenue, Wandsworth, SW18

OLBC were invited to extend and restore this very substantial home on Herondale Avenue in SW18 including a full basement conversion.

We carried out a full package of design, planning permission and build to achieve and amazing result for our wonderful clients.

Nicosia Road, Wandsworth Common, SW18

OLBC undertook their second project on Nicosia Road, The Toast Rack, Wandsworth SW18 with a renovation to the ground and upper floors of a substantial period house.

Henderson Road, Wandsworth Common, SW18

OLBC were engaged to carry out full planning, design, interior design, basement excavation leading to a D&B package on a substantial victorian house with retro fit basement on Henderson Road.

Henderson Road is on The Toast Rack, a select enclave just off Wandsworth Common.

Flanders Road – Chiswick – W4

OLBC were engaged to design and build a large retro fit basement conversion in the Bedford Park Conservation Area. The project was technically very challenging as the ground is waterlogged gravels and so the basements formation level is around 1.5m underwater! The basement construction was highly successful with the excellent concrete workmanship from the OLBC team showing, and indeed it was so good that the basement pumps are only clearing condensation as there is no ingress.
